Richard has been a lawyer with the firm, including his articling year, since 2010. He has focussed his practice on resolving family law issues constructively and efficiently to do his best to assist families that are reorganizing. Richard joined Greg Evans as a firm partner in 2022 and is committed to the ethos the Evans Pollock Family Law team has built.
Richard is a certified mediator and arbitrator and believes in the values underpinning alternative dispute resolution methods in family legal matters.
