Kathleen McLean

Kathleen has practiced family law since her call to the bar in 2015. Before joining Evans Pollock Family Law, Kathleen articled and practiced with Legal Aid Manitoba, gaining litigation experience in a high-volume practice. 

Kathleen believes that finding a collaborative way to navigate family law is essential to assisting clients in finding meaningful resolutions to their family law matters. She regularly pursues professional learning opportunities to continually improve her practice.

Kathleen is co-chair of the Governance Committee and a member of the Management Committee of Collaborative Practice Manitoba. She is the co-chair of the Executive of the Manitoba Bar Association Family Law Section.

Kathleen has volunteered as a coach to Robson Hall, Faculty of Law students in the National Family Law Negotiation Competition.

Other pursuits

Kathleen enjoys yoga, spin classes, running and attempting to make respectably-sized coffee mugs in the pottery studio.
