Kelly Riediger

Kelly has been with Evans Pollock Family Law since she articled with the firm in 2015.

As a member of Collaborative Practice Manitoba, Kelly values collaboration and cooperation to assist families in reaching agreements without the need for stressful, lengthy and expensive litigation. 

Kelly has experience in comprehensive mediation, assisting families in resolving separation issues. She values a team approach, ensuring her clients have the right professionals for their needs. She often engages parenting coaches in her family law matters. 

Kelly’s practice includes assisting clients with estate and incapacity planning. She works with clients in creating estate plans that meet their needs and ensure their last wishes are in place. This includes the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Health Care Directives. Kelly also advises executors and trustees, and administrators through the estate administration process and can assist court appointed Committees.

Other pursuits

Kelly enjoys cooking and baking. She is an avid bookworm, but as the mother of a toddler, spends most of her time rereading Clifford the Big Red Dog. Kelly most enjoys spending time with her family.
