Driving + Parking

We have parking at the rear of our building, accessible via the back lanes running from either Sherbrook or Maryland Street.

Approaching from Maryland Street (one-way running south)

Turn Left onto the back lane at Fawcett Avenue before the crosswalk. See the map on this page and follow the blue lines.

Approaching from Sherbrook Street (one-way running north)

Drive past our office and turn left down the back lane just before the Total Flooring parking lot. See the map on this page and follow the red lines.

Street parking is free around the neighbourhood, including on Sherbrook Street and Sara Avenue. Please check the City of Winnipeg street signage for specific parking directions to avoid tickets and towing.
