Come to a collaborative prenuptial or cohabitation agreement efficiently and respectfully with our One-Day Prenup service. With independent collaborative legal counsel for each partner, you can work through the important decisions and documentation in one focused day, for a flat fee—allowing you to move forward with clarity and confidence.
How One-Day Prenup works
- One of you retains collaborative lawyer Richard Pollock (Evans Pollock Family Law), and the other retains collaborative lawyer Kimberly Soul (Soul Family Law).
- Each of you pays a retainer of $3,995.00 (plus tax) to cover legal fees for negotiating and drafting the necessary agreements and documents. The fee also includes reasonable disbursements (photocopying or filing fees).
- Each of you provides your lawyer with the required financial disclosure/documentation.
- You will each meet with your lawyers to review the disclosure provided and to discuss different options available to you relating to a prenuptial/cohabitation agreement.
- From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on a weekday, you will gather with your partner and the lawyers to collaborate on finalizing a Prenuptial/Cohabitation Agreement.
